Shipping Policy
Audio Software Australia ships across Australia using Australia Post for physical products, and delivers all software and digital licenses electronically.
Digital Products
All software, plugins, and license keys are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, your license key and/or download link will be sent to your email address. Delivery is typically instant, and may take up to 24 hours in some cases. No physical shipment is made for digital orders.
Physical Products
Physical products including MIDI controllers, audio interfaces, microphones, and studio gear are shipped via Australia Post.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from our Melbourne location.
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 7 business days for metro areas; 5 to 10 business days for regional and remote areas.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery address.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@audiosoftwareaustralia.com.au with your order number and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
