Physical Products
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To start a return, contact us at info@audiosoftwareaustralia.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Software and Licenses
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of software licenses, downloads, and activation keys are final and non-refundable once the license has been issued or the download accessed. Exceptions are made where the product is faulty or not as described, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

- Ship the item back using a trackable method once approved.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
